You choose to start on the bags or the strength floor and then halfway through you’ll switch it up.
Combos become more advanced and technical as the rounds progress, our programming is designed to improve your focus and concentration.
We like to keep you on your toes! Expect some mitt training, partner drills and footwork practice with your calorie torching cardio.
Our strength floor workouts are programmed to help improve reflex, balance and agility; all important aspects of boxing and life.
